How the DSN website handles information.
Effective October 14, 2026. DOPE Sports Network operates within the DOPE VZN media organization. For questions about information handled through this website, contact booking@dopevzn.com.
Coverage, commercial, and contact inquiries request information needed to respond. Contributor inquiries request relevant experience, public portfolio links, location, and availability. Current inquiry forms prepare an email that you review and send from your own email app. Preparing the email does not submit it or save the form contents on the website. DSN receives the information only if you send the email.
DSN may record received correspondence and applications in its private review systems. Do not submit identity documents, health information, or sensitive personal information about athletes or minors through these forms. Newsletter subscription is unavailable until a separate email service is connected.
DSN uses Google Analytics 4 when a genuine DSN measurement property is connected, and Vercel Web Analytics as a secondary audience measurement tool. Vercel Speed Insights may measure website performance when enabled. Optional browser measurement starts only after you choose Allow analytics. You may reject optional analytics or change your choice through Privacy choices in the footer.
Analytics measures page and article views, engagement, referrals, device categories, and approximate aggregate geography. Editorial events may include the public article identifier, title, category, sport, teams, author, and publication date. It does not send inquiry form contents, visitor email addresses, portfolio submissions, or other private form details to Google Analytics.
Advertising-related measurement may identify the approved sponsor, campaign, and placement associated with a click or view. Ads personalization and Google Signals are not enabled by this implementation. An inquiry email being prepared or opened is an expression of interest, not proof of a delivered inquiry.
The site remembers your analytics choice for up to six months. When Google Analytics is permitted, its analytics cookies are configured with a maximum six-month lifetime. Browser privacy signals are respected. Provider retention and aggregated reporting may differ from browser cookie lifetimes.
Vercel hosts the website and Sanity stores editorial content. Hosting and security services may process technical request information needed to operate and protect the site. These operational requests are separate from optional browser analytics.
Links to other sites and embedded YouTube or Vimeo videos are governed by the selected provider’s practices. Playing external media may send your IP address and browser information to that provider. If a future direct-submission service is enabled, the site must explain its provider and processing before collecting through it.
Received correspondence is used to review and respond to the request, manage relevant editorial or business records, and meet applicable obligations. Ask questions or request correction or deletion of information you supplied by emailing booking@dopevzn.com. DSN reviews requests in light of the information held and applicable obligations; editorial records and provider-held information may require separate handling.
DSN’s editorial standards call for responsible coverage of minors and avoidance of unnecessary sensitive personal information. This notice will be updated when website processing or connected providers materially change.
